4 Castle Illumination

   Recently we went to the four castle illumination with the Flakes, Johnsons, and the Bowsers. We went early so we could play in the huge field. All of the kids joined in a big game of football including some families from the Johnson's ward. We had the time of our lives! Later, when it was dark, the four castles that were surrounding the field were lit up with awesome fireworks. It was better than the fourth of July! It was very late when we finally got home so we all went to sleep in a few seconds. I can't wait to go back next year!

Luisen Park

It was so fun when we went to Luisen Park. We went with the Bowsers and some other families in the ward. I'm now good friends with Emma Bowser. We looked at cool birds, played at parks, and went on a fun boat ride. It was awesome!

Teufelstisch or the Devil's Table

A few days ago we went to this awesome park and balancing rock called Devil's Table. I loved the super long slide. It was a pain to climb up to it, but it was worth it. The park also had a zip line, cool swings, and mini golf. We had so much fun!

The Trip to Trier

On the Fourth Of July we went to Trier. It's one of the oldest city in Germany. We saw Porta Negra. Porta Negra is an entrance to the old gate that went around Trier to protect it from enemies. The Romans built it.  We saw that, an old cathedral, and some ancient Roman baths that never finished getting built.  They were really fun to run around and play in.

Playmobil Fun Park

A few days after we got to Germany we went to the Johnson's house for a week. they live an hour away from our house and have six kids. Ryan, Katie, Emily, Megan, Luke, and Matthew. Katie's my age. While we were at their house we went to Playmobil land. My favorite land was Adventure land. It had rope bridges,slides, and giant poles. We didn't get any pics of that place, but check out the other places!

Boating

We just went boating with the Whites, Allreds, and the Walkers.We had fun on the tubes, the knee board, and on our rocky, lifeless beach. We also spotted some Mountain Goats! Eventualy, we headed home. The wind had picked up and we were riding on HUGE waves. Scarry!!! We couldn't go back to our original parking lot so we had to cram into three cars and hang out at the Allreds hotel. Meanwhile Dad had to hang out on the boat waiting for another dad to drive, get the car, then come back for my dad and the boat. Then they had to go back to get the other car in the original parking lot then come back to get us. In the end, we got home at 11:15. Tiring! Anyways, here are some pictures.
